i won't be able to log a lot today, we are going out to dinner tonight (a buffet even!) for my sister's birthday. my plan is lots of salads, veggies, etc. i did have my cereal for breakfast though (200 calories) and did my walk/jog this morning! (30 min)

while i'm at work, thought i'd add in more food. an apple (60cals) and some canned peaches - no sugar added (175 calories)

new day, new log.

i had set my alarm for 8:05am, which is early for me when i have a day off or i don't have to work until later in the afternoon. (otherwise i'm usually up by 7:00 or so for the morning shifts.) i tried to snooze it, but accidentally shut if off instead lol. i did get up around 8:30, though, all by myself!

so, after much debate (breakfast first, or exercise? jogging or dvd?), i decided to do my 2-mile walk/jog. i jogged the first two sections, then the one on the way back before the bridge, so i'm proud of myself even though i felt like i was going to die, lol! then i made breakfast: eggs and salsa.

good foundation, hopefully the rest of the day goes okay.

a stress binge, a little mini one. three chocolate chip cookies (homemade so calories???? guessing at 300) plus two mini-reeses (66) and three mini-twix (165). um. let's see how i can add this up.

i'm eating a south beach meal thing (wrap/jello lol) so thought i'd add it in..it's 220 calories, which is good (no sugar, lots of protein)

woke up this morning after letting myself sleep in, so i didn't run or anything. i just felt really poopy still from the night before and kind of feeling sorry for myself. so i took a shower, stole one of my sister's shirts to wear (really self-conscious today of my belly), and made a scrambled egg with cottage cheese and salsa. i tried that cranergy drink thing, but it had splenda added to it, and that freaks me out. i'm a little tired though, and dragging... kind of bummed out i guess. hopefully work doesn't drag me too down. my stomach is making funny flops too, so... dunno....... i really want to lose a pound this week.

so i felt a bit peckish, and realized i hadn't eaten for a couple hours, so i go to grab a yogurt and my stomach starts flopping and i feel.. it sounds gross, almost a little gassy, but like.. sicky.. idk.... and our boss is getting pizza today, i might have one slice, if i'm feeling okay, otherwise it's none. one or none. not two or five. lol.

i'm eating lunch, another south beach meal, the santa fe chicken salad thing (240). it's really good, and a great idea.. i can make this without the box lol the roof of my mouth feels really scratched up though
