new day, new log.
i had set my alarm for 8:05am, which is early for me when i have a day off or i don't have to work until later in the afternoon. (otherwise i'm usually up by 7:00 or so for the morning shifts.) i tried to snooze it, but accidentally shut if off instead lol. i did get up around 8:30, though, all by myself!
so, after much debate (breakfast first, or exercise? jogging or dvd?), i decided to do my 2-mile walk/jog. i jogged the first two sections, then the one on the way back before the bridge, so i'm proud of myself

even though i felt like i was going to die, lol! then i made breakfast: eggs and salsa.
good foundation, hopefully the rest of the day goes okay.
