Default Ali's progress

I hope this is an ok place to do this, but I would like a central place to log in my weight & steps taken daily (I wear a pedometer to encourage me to move more. Hope to achieve the 10, 000 recommended daily steps at some point).

Ug this is embarrasing! But I guess that is the point of posting it. So I know its out there for the world to see. I have GOT to move more. I used to be able to do 7,000-9,000 steps daily, occassionally I could push it into the goal of 10,000. I will do it again, but this is crazy. The holidays & work are just sucking me down.

New years resolutions...

1- Wear the pedometer daily & increase the steps. Strive for 10,000 steps per day, but certainly beat the day before's total.

2- Track all calories consumed at least 6 days per week.

3- Be grateful for at least 5 things daily.

4- Read at least a book per month.

5- End each month weighing less than I started it. ..even if only by one pound.

6- Meditate/relax...lose the stress. Find time to unwind weekly.
