Dear diary...
I started a new thread because I think I finally figured out what this forum was for!
A place I can just come and let it all out...Purging. Venting. Crying. Whatever...I think its kind of like the old Dump Zone!!!
Well diary, today I am on day two of 100% on plan...So far so good. Got my morning run in and my lunchtime walk...Tonight is gonna be tough becuase its hot out and I am gonna want to stay inside the cool air...But if its too hot in the workout room, my back up plan is the swimming pool! I dont know why, but the air is broken at my work out room...Finally get new equipment, and BHAM now the air breaks...Silliness...
I feel better today...I do...Not 100% yet, but I am better then yesterday, and yesterday I was better then Sunday, so, you know...By weeks end, I should be good...And hopefully re-motivated...
In the mean time, I am just plodding along and doing what I need to do, for I cant stop...I know this...To stop means I go back, and I dont wanna go back...
