How is this different from our blogs? Any ideas????

You know, I am totally clueless on this one also. It seems to me that our blog is our "diary" so I dunno. Maybe just do a quick update on the things we've done in here, for those who don't write about it often on the blogs?

Im kinda at a loss too,maybe this could be the AFTER of losing weight.
1 .My spouse thinks more guys are checkin me out now that I lost
weight.
2. I have a new group of friends because my old friends coulndt handle me lookin so good they were jealous.
3.What do I do about all this extra skin dont wanna have surgery.

This is just a few suggestions if people really stay around after they lose weight. I had this one friend I had lost about 50 pounds , she never told me that I lost weight but she let me know that I gained it back

Maybe it could be a place where you put your food and exercise in. Like:

1 apple = so many calories
1 sandwich = so many calories
so on
so on

Total = so many calories

Ran 1 mile

I could also use this diary to talk about my Wild Cats and how they drive me crazy!

Yeah. Thats what I was thinking...Maybe in addition to the food journal, people could come make daily progress notes on their food? Heck I dont know...

At least its not empty any more!

Dear Diary, there a Buddyslim member that really drives me insane. Her name is Tasha. I know she is just jealous of me Dear Diary. She is probably green with envy. Jealous of how wonderful I am.
