Dear Dawnie, this is your diary speaking. Now Dawnie you have been enjoying some wonderful things in your life and that's fantastic! And it probably feels really good right now enjoying all those things. But, you still have things you want to accomplish. And, you know if you stop doing something on a regular basis, it is hard to get back on track. Especially with working out and eating right. So, my advice to you is to get back to basics. Quit looking at the number 15. Only look at this day by day or week by week. I can see all the weight you have lost since you started so there is no question you know how to do it. You just need to start over right now to finish the rest. Back to basics. Back to what works. You can still have fun. Just put the working out and eating right on top of the list and the fun second. Let me stress second. Not last. And not forever. Just for now. Until we reach our goals. I hope this helps. I'm only a diary so what do I know? Good luck!
