I will get home from work, class, or working out and go yuck I don't wanna cook dinner, do laundry, clean the house, ect. Then I will turn on the t.v. and go ugh I am bored I don't want to sit here and watch t.v. I want to be doing something active, but since I don't wanna do the other things I need to do I just sit there and waste time. This right now is my habit that I am working on. When I am sitting there I think ok if I get up and do things I will get more steps in, burn some calories, and I will get stuff done. It's working now, but is there anyone else that does this?

i do the same,want to do something ,but not clean house,but to run the roads ready to go lol.
