Exclamation Failed

so ive been really good, aint had bread (which starts binges)
and yeh ive been restricting alot

yesturday(and other typical days)
tin of beans + celery + 2 eggs

Today
3 eggs + strawberrys + manderines

all was fine until my sister bought me tea

we shared a 12" seafood pizza
then i had two pieces of quiche
and a slice of apple pie
and A WHOLE EASTER EGG!

now im kinda annoyed,,, yeh my sister ate the same as me Except she had 3 slices of apple pie and shes like really really thin....
im really annoyed with myself but i find comfort in the fact tht i wont recieve any more eggs as me and my sister bought each other one.

i feel useless and now im worried ill be like 2lbs heavier next time i jump on the scales.

It doesn't sound like you are eating enough, a person needs at least 1200 calories a day to function properly. If you starve yourself you are setting yourself up for failure. Also your body needs food to have enough energy to burn off calories.

I agree with Lisa. If you're going to cut your diet below 1200 beware of the risks. Looking at your blog, though, you seem to have it under control, just be careful if you go below.
Unsolicited advice, LOL
When dieting try vitamin pills, they can make sure you get your nutrients. Doesn't look like there is much calcium in your diet. Except for the cheese. Try 40+ Vitamins, or Vitamins for seniors. They have your daily calcium. Even calcium fortified soy milk or skim milk is good.

No bread? Please make sure you get fiber, it helps dieting, reduces appetite and food absorption, see you like beans, black beans are best for fiber. Fruit/vegetables are good too, keep eating those you should be fine. No bread? No grains? Try bran-buds, or Fiber One cereal, they really are great and low calorie.

OMG..don't torture yourself.. i am not an exprt into this but i think you can enjoy the pleasure of eating good foods without getting fat as long as you burn up the calories by doing rigorous exercises.. take care!

You haven't failed....you are human! Don't be so hard on yourself. Set goals and if ever you don't meet them just wake up and try harder the next day; )
