Try to eat something every few hours, like fruits or something low in calories.
Water fills you up too.

how is your protein intake? that is what sustains us. make sure to have protein with every meal-or even your snacks. eggs, lite string cheese, even peanut butter will help curb the hunger in between meals.

Making sure you eat a little protein with your complex carbs should help (ex: oatmeal and milk with a little apple/few nuts). Fruit alone can leave you hungry in just a little time, but if you have it with a little good fat (few nuts) or protein (yogurt) then you should feel satisfied for longer. Also high fiber foods can leave you feeling really satisfied for quite some time.

I read this... I heard that if you brush your teeth you can subside a craving. Cravings only last about 20 minutes. So I am going to try it myself. You should try it with me! Bet we would have the brightest smiles here!!! lol jk

One of the keys is keeping the blood sugar in balance - spacing eating out, eating smaller portions, but more frequently helps curb hunger for me. For example, when I'm working I'll take low fat yogurt, some fruit, a whole wheat turkey sandwich and maybe sliced cucumbers and carrots or other foods - Maybe at 9:00 am when I get to work, I'll have the yogurt, then at 11 maybe I'll eat half of my sandwich, and some cukes - then an hour or 2 later, I'll eat the other half of my sandwich, etc. I just eat something every couple of hours and I don't feel as hungry.
