hi everyone.
just wanted to know who will be here in 2008. it is so hard to keep up with the new members and the ones who are here for help. most of the time you click on someones names and it is almost a year since they have been here. just wondering if we need to get a post started, where we can sign up. showing we are still active and we will be here for each other. i think it would make it alot easyier to find buddies.

I will be here in 2008, 2008 is my year to lose weight. I just signed up yesterday and have had many many warm welcomes and encouragement and I like that. So yes, I will def. be stickin' around.

I started focusing on losing in January 2007, & even though I have only lost 15 lbs, I am proud that I maintained staying focused mentally on being aware of what went in my body (even if sometimes I knew it wasn't what I needed) & aware that I need to move more.

I just found this site & look forward to learning more & supporting more.... & of course the good kick in the tush when I need it!

Hopefully this next year will see me get closer to my goals.

HAPPY NEWS YEARS ...early. Which is how I am starting my resolutions, early! Here's hoping we still with our healthy goals & they end up as life changes.

I too will be here! This site encouraged me so much that I started my "weigh of eating" 2 days BEFORE Jan. 1st!! I happened upon this site, read some blogs, and started the next day. So..........hopefully I will keep up the will power I started off with!! I even did well at the party we went to earlier this evening!! Take care, and have a safe and happy New Year!!

I'll be here! I pop in everyday to read the blogs to see how people are doing so great and it inspires me. When I read that someone is having/had the same or similar struggles as I am having, it lets me know I am not alone-even though I feel like I am a lot of the time. We are going to do this!
