Hello everyone.

Will any of you be watching The Biggest Loser? It starts tonight. It's very inspirational for me. Last year when I watched it, I outweighed all the women! Let's see how it is this year...
Oh! I went to the Salvation Army today and got Tae Bo. 4 different tapes for 4 bucks. I've been kinda stuck lately. So, I hope this gets me going. Has anyone tried it?

I left you a mail message also but Tae-bo is great1 Definitely a BIG (no pun intended) help with my lost of inches!

I watched...was good. They do have a lot of heavier people this time. Can't believe they had 26 and 30 lb losses...thats crazy..Now where do I sign up for that kind of loss?

Yea. It was pretty crazy. Especially that Jerry (older guy) losing 31 lbs! Holy moly! I would've voted Amber off too. Then again, I don't think I would have picked her as a team member in the first place. You could tell her heart wasn't in it right out the gate!

Well, that girl Kae lost 20lbs already, and we started at the same weight. I've got a lotta catching up to do. I checked nbc.com and the back team lost 69lbs. altogether.

I thought the first show was great! Wow, 20-30 lbs in one week that would be great! Wish I had time to go to fat camp, lol. Can't wait till the black team surprises everyone.

I agree with all of you! I cant wait to see the show again tonight. It has always been a big inspiration for me to watch it. I guess thats the kind of thing that shows all of us it can be done!!!
