Is anyone else on here taking Phentermine?? I was prescribed it by my doctor to help loose weight because of my Poly-cystical Ovarian Syndrome, which makes it harder to loose weight. I want to know what people think of the medication and how long they have been on it.

i was on it 2 years ago lost 50lbs in 6 weeks. then went off of it for 6 weeks gained 20lbs back then back on for 6weeks lost 30 more pounds. but after my 2nd round into my 3rd I started getting heart palpitations so i went off it and then gained all the weight back really fast but i did not eat right so i am sure thats why i gained all the weight back so fast.

I took it last year and had to quit almost right away due to terrible side effects. And the weight came back oh so fast. Now instead of appetite supression I monitor the feeling of being full, stop when I feel like overeating, drink plenty of water, and exercise a lot.

I have takin the medication alos prescribed by a doc. and once I went off the weight came back on and a whole lot more! I am starting the medication again but I will be more strict when I go off of it.....Its really good for people like me who are really over weight and need all the help they can!
