I always wanted to know what happens to your breasts after you lose the weight. Some people have told me that they don't change, some say the firm up, and some say you lose a couple of cups...anyone know what happens?

I'm sure its different for different women...do you have family members who lost weight? I do, and based on their results it doesn't look good for me and my breasts

In gaining and losing weight over the years I have never lost anything in my cup size only the width around. I would think everyone is different though.

I lost a lot on the breasts. Went from C to A. And the term 'perky' doesn't really apply anymore either, unfortunately...

For me, I have gone from a d cup to a B cup.....almost an A now....
I can't really say much on if they firm up....I kind of lost that after breast feeding 3 babies! Oh well! I am just happy to be losing the weight!

I just lost 6 inches from my breast and they look better than ever! all depends on the type of exercise you do! I do tae-bo and everything is toning up nicely!!! I'd imagine if you don't exercise they would just be floppy1 I love the changes@

haha i went from a c to barely a b..they are fat so when you lose fat, you loose breast fat too! unless you are HUGE to begin with (breast size I mean) if you loose a little it should matter.
since I have lost my weight, the are not as round, and they do hang a bit. but i have heard about working out the pec muscles to help pull everything up. I'm working on it for a few weeks and I haven't seen a change..lol

I don't loose in cup size, only in inches around.
