Default Doing away with flabby skin

I've searched for this post, maybe it's in the forum somewhere and I just haven't found it. I would be surprised if noone brought it up before. Dieting means that skin all over the body needs to shrink, yea? What are your secrets, ladies (and gentlemen, of course)? Come on, spill it, and I'll tell you what works with me...

Well, my sister lost over a hundred pounds a year ago and has HORRIBLE skin issues...Two reasons. She lost it too fast and she has gained and lost a large amount of weight three different times...
Sooooo. I REALLY wanted to avoid that if at all possible...Because she is giong to have hers removed surgically...
So I started right away doing stomach crunches and the weight training...Its helped...I have skin on my upper thighs, my arms and just a bit in my tummy...BUT I have about 30 more pounds to lose too!!!
I have heard drinking lots and lots of water helps too!!!

Everyone says loosing weight slowly helps, sure. I\'ve done that. But nevetheless, you know, nothing\'s actually hanging, but it\'s not thight either. I wouldn\'t have thought excercise would help all by itself.[IMG]http://72.52.165.61/vbuletin/[
