I too, think this is interesting...
I started as a 20/22...Couldnt even BELIEVE I would ever see a size 16...I wanted to be a 16 sooooo bad, and thought I would be happy if I got there...
Well, I was happy, for sure...Very proud moment...
But once you get used to it, you realize you want even more...
I am in a 14 now, and would eventually like to be a size 9. Thats what I was in high school...And it seems to be the natural size of my body...(I think they say whatever weight/size you were at the age of 18-20 is your body\'s TRUE weight)

Right now I think I\'m around a 16 or 18. 18\'s are a little baggy on me but 16\'s are still a little snug. 17 maybe? I am 5-2 also, and always looked good in a 9...I think some of us just carry our weight different then others...

I\'m currently in a size 22, 24 and I\'ve always been overweight. It\'s hard from me to think of myself being anything smaller. I would like to be a size 9 or 10. I know that will totally blow my mind if I ever get to that point... Correction... That will totally blow my mind when I get to that point... Chaning the way you view yourself is apart of the process.

My ideal size would be between 6-10 maybe eight, but then every article of clothing I\'ve tried on lately is a different size. I am so happy to be losing this weight. I am down to a size twenty in certain things, but in other clothes I take a 22 it\'s strange. I love going down a dress size

I think this is an awesome question, because i don\'t know about you guys, but what I look like and my weight on the scale don\'t always seem to jive- you know what I mean? Sure right now I look heavy for me. I\'m at my highest non-pregnant weight, and I wear a size 12-14 depending. But, before I got pregnant with my youngest, I had joined Curves and in a three month period had lost 22 inches all over, but only 11 pounds. I was wearing a size 10 and all everyone I knew could say was how good I looked and none of them would believe my weight still hovered around 160. So, I always try to make it my goal to concentrate on my size, not my weight.
PS- I would love to be a size 10 again, but I will start by trying to get to a definite 12!!

I agree that this is a great question. I started gaining weight when I was 13 and it has gone uphill all the way from there. Ahh, the good ol\' days when I was a size 8! When I joined buddyslim, I was wearing 34/36, and dreaded looking at myself in the mirror. Now I am down to 26/28 and loving it. I can fit back into some of the old clothes I was too big for before.
