Crystal Lite is fantastic! And it\'s great to drink when you\'re on a diet. It\'s a very good way to get your water in if you don\'t like drinking plain water.

I mostly drink water, but I do drink crystal light on occasion and like it alot. I\'m one of those weird people who actually prefers water over other drinks. lol
I have heard some people say that eating sugar substitutes, which crystal light has, actually increases cravings for sugar. I\'ve never noticed that, but sugar isn\'t my weakness. You can try it and see if you notice increased sugar cravings.
I think it\'s definitely better than drinking high calorie stuff that has lots of sugar, especially if you don\'t like plain water.

I\'ve never heard that the artificial sweeteners cause sugar cravings. I don\'t eat or crave sugar (except on the rare occasion). I use are Sweet \'n Low and Splenda quite a bit.

I use the lipton\'s green tea singles and for a different flavor I like the crystal light singles. I carry a water bottle at work it is 4 glasses so I fill it twice a day even more sometimes and then I am able to get my 8 glasses in per day. Green tea at work just plain water at home....Drinking all that water makes one run to the washroom alot, until your syatem gets used to the volume going thru.

I actually use the Wal-Mart brand of Crystal Light called Great Value Sugar Free Drink . It\'s about half the cost and comes in a variety of flavors. I switched it on my husband, who from childhood was addicted to Kool-Aid and he hasn\'t noticed the difference at all.

Crystal Light is what my sister gives to her kids in place of juice, of course it\'s either that actual brand or like the generic brand, but it\'s better for them instead of the apple juice and other ones. I\'m thinking of trying it this week. I\'ll let you know how it goes for me! And I\'m a juice-a-holic!

I love Crystal Light. I use one of those singles packs in double the amount of water.

I like the WalMart brand too. And there\'s a Disney brand that\'s cheap and clear, which is good for my carpet. [IMG]http://7
