Don't be Discouraged because of Biggest Loser

Ok I just have to say this today. A lot of people are down on themselves because of the incredible weight loss on the Biggest Loser. We are on a JOURNEY not a race. We don't have to be the fastest on the journey, but we are on it. Don't compare yourselves to other people, because if you keep comparing you will never be happy with what YOU are doing and accomplishing everyday! Keep remembering that you are doing a great job!!
With that being said, no more pity parties are allowed! Get that everyone??
