Ok does anyone watch this? I am so excited for the contestants, did you watch the end where they showed a small image of them at their goal weight? I don't remember the guys name, but the father who used to weigh 400 lbs, he looked like a hottie now. Iam always so pumped up after that show, I guess its not within my reality to lose 12 pounds a week, I wish it was, but thats ok.

I\'ve never missed an episode except the night before Thanksgiving when we were on our way home from Minneapolis. But I missed this last one cuz the stupid station decided to show a college basketball game instead!! [IMG]ht

I love that show!! It was so cool to see the trainers challenge the high school students. That is what I want to do! Directly effect the youth of America and get them on the right track early! That is why I am PE and Health major. Those kids did it and it gave them such confidance. It was awesome.

I haven\'t missed an episode yet however. Wouldn\'t it be great to be chosen to go on the show? That is like a dream come true for me.

I agree - the high school episode was the best! To reach America where is all start, in our youth. Showing them the right way, early on, makes such a big difference!
