Just checking in to see how you guys are doing. Thanks to those who are here every day. I know this time of the year we are all super busy, some of us - myself included is struggling a bit more then usual. But I know that I have to do this - be here. If I'm not I will backslide and that is the very last thing I want to do.

I hope tomorrow I wake up with a better attitude. LOVE YOU GUYS!

Good attitude, Stacey, you will lose it.

They both work tonight. Mel works 4-8pm in one town, and Steve works 5:30pm to 11pm in another town. I don't see me being able to stay up that long! I think tomorrow too we do it again, and Sunday too.
Scary!! I wish you lots of endurance!

It was nice for us to go out for dinner just us for a change.

It was also sweet that one of my husband's customers is a hotel by the San Manuel Casino. I haven't really been to any of the California casinos. They gave my husband two free nights so we can go stay down there in San Bernardino and I can go to the casino. We just have to reserve the nights. It's like a staycation!!! My husband and I have been nowhere alone ever since the kids were born! I am excited about it, but we have no idea when we are going yet. And I get to go to an Indian casino!!!
How exciting! That chicken sounds yummy!

I still have boxes that need to be unpacked, Mikayla - poor thing - is still sleeping in her pack n play and her bedroom is more of a storage room right now! I still need a kitchen table and chairs, but can't justify buying them until I have a job.

Speaking of which... the interview I had just after arriving went horribly bad and I didn't get that job. I had another one today and that one went a LOT better, so fingers crossed that this one works!!!

Thought I would just check in on you all!! Have a GREAT weekend!!
good luck!

I do. I believe we are not the only "intelligent" being in this great universe. Amongst the stars, millions of galaxies, super galaxies, billions and trillions of stars in each galaxies, each solar systems which is in the billions there is no way we are the only "intelligent" being here. Whether or not they are here to harm us, that I don't know. I do know they exist. I believe they are "hidden" in plain sight. It's up to us to believe. I've always been fascinated with the sky. As a kid in Wisconsin I would lie outside and with my naked eye stare at the stars and just wonder with awe.

I suppressed a lot of these interests during my years with my ex but being with Rod, who is a nerd by nature and also into studies of the universe, I have regain my interest in the open sky and all the possibilities that come as we learn more and more about what is out there - very exciting stuff!

As my boss always asks, "Does the government tell you aliens don't exist?" If you answer yes. Then they do exists.
I sure do beleive it.

My husband's jaw bone is shrinking or something like that. Our dental insurance does not cover much tho. I hope you can get some relief soon!
I will pray for you guys, jaw pain is no fun.

That way it does make it easier to forgive and let it go. But, I keep forgiving and keep on eating.
