Target's pumpkin muffin was actually even better than Starbuck's scone. I had to try one tonight as I happened to see that they had a 4 pack of muffins. I put them in the cart and then noticed they had an individual pumpkin muffin so I bought the one. Much better plan!! I'd have probably eaten 3 of the 4 if I bought the 4 pack. It was good tho.

I did my walking again in Target as it was dark so i did laps in the Super Target. Came across the exercise aisle. Did some arm reps with some weights and tried a kettleball. Very fun and interesting! I think i am going to have this Target figured out soon and it's going to be like an indoor gym for me! They have those walking stix that look like ski poles....I wanted to open up the container and use them! I wanted to try it all!

*nervously* uh... yeah! that's what it was... *nervous chuckle* it was that darnned candy and (in my case) {LIE} not my failure to workout enough {/LIE}

Maybe the natural elements put a spell on us? I have heard them chanting over there...I wonder why?

i believe there are things we can't see, for example dark matter! crazy interesting stuff! oh! and the universe! soOoo fun to ponder! while driving a couple nights ago i saw something burning upon re-entry into our atmosphere (debris or a meteor perhaps) i'd never seen that before! now i stare at the sky, waiting to see something else traversing the sky while disintigrating brilliantly... you and I are in accord, the universe and it's mysteries are very exciting... i believe the age of the earth is still disputed depending on how you believe the earth was created... if u choose to go w/ scientists, billions of years, ppl who believe the earth was created by a god believe it's thousands of years.... (that age of earth part is pure conjecture though.. lol.. i need to google!!!!)

Hi all, I tried respond to several posts but kept getting "You need one more character"??????? So here is what I said, as for the aliens, I believe Nancy, that there could be other beings in the universe. I'm sure if I met them I would have an instant weight lose!!!!

As for the candy spelll, I think we all fall for it. Finally, what do you all plan to do about the Thanksigiving curse?????

My weight loss this week was not good, but I had a good week at school. My students are the best in the world. They make me want to be there every day.

I am becoming a rebel...and going on the Starburst diet!
I found this on a websites and thought it was funny...some person asked if Starbursts will make you fat/gain weight because after halloween they ate alot of them.
Another person replied:

"no. they would do the opposite. starburst are pretty much 100% sugar. sugar dehydrates you and speeds up your metabolism causing you to burn energy that you dont need. thats the main reason why candy is bad for u"

Who knew candy increased your metabolism! THAT is why dieting fails, because you cut out all of the candy! haha

I came home and my husband now has Melanie's sickness. He's miserable and he's cranky! He's gotta cough all over me too just to make sure I notice he's sick. hahahaha. Men!
OH NO, so your hubby is sick too. LOL that sounds like a man - pay attention to me!
