Hey all sorry to say this will be my last purple post for a week. I maintained this week which doesn't suprise me since I didn't get as much exercise as I should have although I did do good with my eating (which is probably why I didn't gain) This maintain is not discouraging me it's motivating me! I will lose next week and I started by bumping up my workout this morning (and it really kicked my butt!) Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend!

This week I am disappointed. I have only lost .4 pounds.
Next week I will have to work EXTRA hard, and my goal is 2.5 pounds

Hey all...as evening approaches..my little guy is starting to warm up again..poor kid...but he drank REALLY well today, and the cough isn't too bad..so lots of rest and liquids..I'll give him some motrin before bed to help break the fever...hope he is soon over this...I hate seeing my kids sick.

I havent' really eaten much today...not sure how that happened...but hopefully things will get back to normal tomorrow...

Our team weight loss is looking pretty good....WAY to go everyone!! =)

Sheryl, I see a lot of great attitude around here, too! It's what makes all the difference. Whether we lose, maintain or gain, if we don't have the right attitude nothing seems to go right. But give us some of that good Heartbreakin' Rockstar Attitude and nothing can stop us! Attitude comes in two varieties.... positive and negative. They both can be contagious, so be careful what you spread around....you don't want to infect any teammates with a negative attitude. Not that you ever do....you are a positive person, that's why you're such a motivating leader.
