I'd love to see some pictures....Did I miss something? Are you changing from architecture to teaching? or did you change your mind.... I like to keep up with everyone, but sometimes I get behind and one day can bring a lot of changes. Whatever you do I have a feeling you will be a success, you seem to take your studies very seriously. ....
Darn, I can't remember if I'm supposed to be writing in blue or black.. did I lose last week? or did I maintain? Well, I guess it doesn't matter as tomorrow is weigh in day anyway.
Welcome Bre....it's going to be fun getting to know another teammate. We all pretty much feel like family here. A nice, accepting, supporting and funny family. (

Sheryl, we got a new exercise in water aerobics today too....and it was a killer. My legs haven't felt this way since I used to ride bareback as a kid. You put your feet together (you're suspended by the floating barbells in each hand, arms extended to the side) and swing back and forth from the waist.. like a bell. Really works the hips and inner thighs.

Tiffany, great job, it's hard to lose weight when you're stressed....3 pounds is fantastic. and thanks for the nice booster notes you send. I always feel a little 'boost' when I get one. Guess that's why they call them that. lol
Got to go now, it's getting late and I need sleep! Tomorrow is going to be another pound down, I just have a good feeling. Sleep well, everyone.
