Default Thanksgiving Countdown Challenge: Week #2

Welcome to week #2 of our Thanksgiving Countdown Challenge! Week #2 will begin Sunday, November 1, and finish Saturday, November 7.

For week #2, our point structure will remain the same. Here's the template that I use:

SUNDAY:
Exercise (1/every 10 min.):
Eat Healthy: (yes= 5):
Personal Challenge (yes= +5, no= -5):
Weigh-In: Saturday: (loss = +10, maintain = +5, gain = - 10):
Daily Total:
Weekly Cumulative Total:

Remember, you can keep the same personal challenge as week #1, or you can change it for week #2. Make any adjustments you need to keep on track and motivate yourself.

I won't place a points value on this, but this week, let's try to visit each other's blogs or leave motivating comments and booster notes for each other. I know we are all busy, but let's commit to each other as well as to ourselves for the duration of the challenge! Even one comment or note a day could really make a difference for someone. You never know.

Please post your week #1 totals on the week #1 thread, and then let's get it started here for a great week #2!

Okay gals... Here's to big losses for this week and the strength to resist all those yummy temptations!!! =D

Goal for week number 2 is to continue my goals from week 1 (Supplements, exercise, healthy eating) and in addition, to hydrate myself better - I need to drink more water.. Been better, but there's always room for improvement.. Also, I fell down on part of my week 1 goal: exercise. That's my main goal for this week, make the time and get over my laziness, and exercise at least 20 minutes a day. I went to the library and got 3 vids to check out and choose from: Hula dance cardio/weightloss, Cardio Kickboxing and Skinny Bitch: Booty Bounce (LOLOL) So, if I can't afford a gym membership, I'm gonna booty bounce those pounds off! Good luck this coming week, girls, and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Are we allowed to repeat goals?? If we are I am going to shoot again to stay within my calorie goal. I was stuck for so long that my new calorie target has been the only thing getting the scale to move (down) again.

Everyone did so great last week!

Chelsea, you go with that booty bounce!
MJ, love the advice to "visit" each other and leave encouraging words.

I am keeping last weeks personal challenge, which was to eat 2 cups of fruit and 2.5 cups of veggies a day. I want to keep it until it is second nature to me. I am SO suprized at how few veggies I eat!

I also have a little personal goal of getting over 120 points this week.

Let's hit it Ladies!

I really wanna keep last week's personal goal. Although I did well all week minus one day, I would like to see the whole week thru without an emotional eating moment.

I'm looking forward to a new week since last week wasn't so well leaving me with a points total of 16. I have new personal goals for Week #2: 1) exercise 6 days this week, 2) eat between 1200-1500 calories a day, 3) take my multivitamin, 4) drink at least 64 oz of water a day, 5) take my son outside to let him practice walking.

I have also decided to now make Saturdays my "rest" day since I want my schedule to be on track with this challenge. I use to weigh in on Sundays but I can adjust. Let's all rack up some points this week!

Question... Do our points rollover from last week or do we start fresh?

If she is doing this one like she did her boot camp, we start fresh each week.

I am looking forward to a new week. I lost a lb this past week but I wanna see something bigger. I plan to push myself. I dont want to take any days off but I will take one day as a light day. I am hoping with me buying Hip Hop Abs that will kick me into weight loss mode.

I hope everyone had a safe & happy halloween. Welcome to November
