Thanks for the reply! I decided to up my calorie intake by about 500 which is still about 1000 less than I was eating before. I hope that I do not gain this week because of the calorie adjustment but like you said I am going to play with it a bit and see what happens.

Everyone is doing so great! Don't forget to report your end of week results and I will calculate them all.

Did you guys want to do something like the weeks winner get to write in a special color, etc. or do you just want to announce the numbers and move on?

Also I am on the Heartbreakers challenge group and what we do is have color zones for different amounts of weight loss it is actually fun to try and make it to a certain color (why I write in red, well for this week anyway!). If you want I can make up something similar for point totals.

Just whatever you all want to do, if someone has idea about what they want to do post them.

I can't believe that Thanksgiving is just around the corner!! I am REALLY hoping to be able to get a total of 60 lbs loss by then, that would be so cool but we will see!

ugh i blew it again today :/
