Well Idid better todaym not great but I am getting there. My food didn't hit me until dinner today. I had egg sandwhich for breakfast. turkey sandwich for lunch, a big salad for an afternoon snack, and then dinner hit. I think I waited to long to make it and i ended up eating candy while making dinner. So I wasn't hungry by time it was done. poop. But I think I will try again tomorrow but make dinner earlier and see how it goes. Other than that. I did my water, vitamins, and now I am off to the tread mill.

You know what I like about this post? The fact that you are aware where it went wrong and you will try tomorrow. Great job!

I am making this quick I need to get to bed. I am walking to work in the morning no excuses.
B- Yogurt, a banana, and a few drinks of a banana, peanut butter, skim milk smoothie. It tasted funny so I dumped it.
S- 1 T peanut butter, 10 crackers.
L- Tuscan Smash Sandwich, 3 pickle spears, 1 french bread round with spinach artichoke dip from Mazzios. Actually happy with this, I went online and chose based on the nutritional value not what sounded good. I enjoyed the meal because I new I made the best choice in that situation. Oh and it tasted good too.
D - 5 chicken chunks, double order of potato wedges, roll, lemonade. I gotta stay away from Charlies Chicken.
S- half can Pepsi. I need to go back to no soda.
Water 68oz
Exercise 4 hours 45 minutes at Wal-Mart. And laugh really really hard for 30 minutes. My stomach is still sore.
Sleep 12 hours.

*comes on to brag!*
ha I finally worked out! I ditched the weights today and just used my body weight though. First I did a kickboxing workout that had hundreds of squats! Yikes...and lunges. For the lunges I modifed by standing next to a chair for extra support when I needed it...and I just went slower than the people on the screen.
Then I remember having this workout that I only did half of. There was 2 parts of it...one part workout and pure cardio and the other workout cardio & strength "for those hardcore people"
Well I tried it today! It mainly had an abs section & an upper body section of push-ups in between the cardio.
I tried doing 1 push-up man style just to see if I could...well I think I did but I think I go down too far and then I am just on the ground...but I can push myself back up into plank position! So I have that part down...I could not do that before even just to get into plank...
I feel bad not using the weights but I like new and different things! Is that ok? I was thinking of reserving X amount of days for weight and at least one day like this as my strength days because your body needs variety. Like doing squats with weights is good, but doing hundreds of squats builds endurance or another type of strength which is important too...
