Did my ab workout even though I was mad. Came on here to get me out of this mood.
Logged my calories closely.
Packed clothes for the gym I feel good about.
Feeling more self confident, and using it.

What always makes me feel bad is I eat 3 times as much as Rodney. He eats when he wants - sometimes he won't eat till 2pm in the afternoon and it's just some fast food.

Yes, I do exercise so I need more food, but man, it makes me feel like a piglet next to him.
This is every single day.
I can't think of a day where he ate more then me - ever!
By the time he eats dinner, I already ate some snacks and I'm eating dinner with him AND I eat something before 10pm hits...........................
I wonder, well, I reckon that is why he's skinny not necessarily healthy but skinny and my butt is big! LOL

I think the difference is in what you are eating, he eats alot of fast food, you don't.
