hmmm any good health topics for December? I was thinking of maybe listing healthy treats, ways to stay away from tempting foods, maybe a healthy recipe...hmmm
And then I need something for my Diabetes month. I was thinking of finding info on sweeteners...like if they are healthy for people with Diabetes and which ones are the best....
Not sure why we don't. I like listing alternative treats. I will be doing that this year.
A real good sweetener and chemical free is Stevia.

I have to say I am constantly thinking about eating too, well kind of. I want pop. That is all my mind thinks about pop, pop, pop. I am working on it, but still haven't gone a day without it. I talked to my hubby and told him that maybe while I am cutting back I should buy some diet. Then I only have soduim to worry about and not a lot of empty calories too.

REa it adn left my little comment. I think you are on the right path. Keep going.
How did you fare with afternoon and evening eating?

Today I had peanutbutter and crackers instead of 2 Hostess cupcakes. I chose my sandwich from Mazzios based on calories and fat not what looked best. Then replaces fries with dill pickle spears. Then sandwich turned out to be delicious. And I am drinking water. I am working both jobs today. That means my work out is Wal-Mart, 4.5 hours on my feet is a work out let me tell ya. So I am happy with my choices today.
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You did well my dear grasshopper. All those little changes will certainly help with your weightloss. I LOVE HOSTESS CUPCAKES!! Have not have one in a long time.

Do you like the HHR? MEN are always particular about their car........
I hope you feel better by now or at least got some sleep.

I am a big Nascar fan and I have my favorite driver...in the beginning of the year my mom and I found these pjs with my driver's name and car number on. They are pink but when I got them home they were medium...I looked at these pants and thought to myself...wow medium is tiny! Will I ever be that small? These must be children's...
My mom said I could keep them or give them to my niece. I put the shirt on a teddy bear but when I was cleaning my room today I found the pants.
I was laying on the floor thinking how weird it was that I am wearing yoga pants that say they are medium when I am a size 14 in jeans...must be vanity sizing?
Then I thought to myself, if I really am a medium, those pjs would fit me, right? So I try them on...the pants fit well! The shirt is a big tight but what I call tight others call normal...it fits me good!
Congrats on the mediums, cool!

Picked her up from a choir program she was in,(she was there from 1:00-7:00pm) Then if was off to Texas Road House for her birthday celebration with her sister and my parents.
Came home very sore and very tired. Fell asleep for a few minutes and now I am up catching up on all of your posts.
Sure is a busy time of year for all of us; and the holidays haven't even started.
I miss raking! And the leaves too

I agree, my daughter was like a light to me, I miss her.
