Now, let me ask you did you eat a good size breakfast with some protein in it?

If afternoons are hard for you, early morning/night time eating is hard for me.

What about yogurt with some roasted almonds or nuts?
Yes, I had breakfast with protien in it. mornings and nights aren't as bad because i am so busy with getting kids ready in the morning, and having classes at night, that I don't really notice.

What always makes me feel bad is I eat 3 times as much as Rodney. He eats when he wants - sometimes he won't eat till 2pm in the afternoon and it's just some fast food.

By the, I already ate breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and want a bit of his food.

It's daily!!!!!

Yes, I do exercise so I need more food, but man, it makes me feel like a piglet next to him.

This is every single day.

I can't think of a day where he ate more then me - ever!

By the time he eats dinner, I already ate some snacks and I'm eating dinner with him AND I eat something before 10pm hits...........................

I wonder, well, I reckon that is why he's skinny not necessarily healthy but skinny and my butt is big! LOL
I have to say I am constantly thinking about eating too, well kind of. I want pop. That is all my mind thinks about pop, pop, pop. I am working on it, but still haven't gone a day without it. I talked to my hubby and told him that maybe while I am cutting back I should buy some diet. Then I only have soduim to worry about and not a lot of empty calories too.

Today I had peanutbutter and crackers instead of 2 Hostess cupcakes. I chose my sandwich from Mazzios based on calories and fat not what looked best. Then replaces fries with dill pickle spears. Then sandwich turned out to be delicious. And I am drinking water. I am working both jobs today. That means my work out is Wal-Mart, 4.5 hours on my feet is a work out let me tell ya. So I am happy with my choices today.

Melanie can drive but her car is broken down and then her boyfriend's car is broken down. My husband is very particular about his car as it is an HHR custom woody. So, he doesn't let anyone but me or him drive it.

-NO DRAMA IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purged a lot of issues, recent events that kept my life drama filled. It's been a quiet life and I love it!

-I'm not letting other's negativity get to me

-I stopped to take a deep breath

-AND BEING HERE AMONG GOOD PEOPLE IS HELPING ME WITH MY JOURNEY!

One bad thingy, still got up and ate a handful of tortilla chips mindlessly at 4am, just 1 small handful. I don't think I ate enough yesterday.
I dislike drama too! My daughters friends seem to get me in it sometimes. I try not to get involved in their stuff.

I am obsessed with eating too. That's what makes it so hard not to eat. I have to get it under control!!! I have been letting myself get more treats than I should have as there are a lot of pumpkin treats, and they are so tempting.

So glad you have purded the drama. It really does have a greater effect on our weight then we realize. Quick story-My daughter was not really heavy but compared to other girls she was chuncky-she was not happy with all the drama around her (8th grade) changed to another school for high school and has lost over 50 pounds. She started by not snacking and eating lunch. However, she said the biggest thing was she was no longer living in others drama every day. I am so proud of her. She works out every night and watches what she eats. (she does eat now)
