Now, let me ask you did you eat a good size breakfast with some protein in it?
If afternoons are hard for you, early morning/night time eating is hard for me.
What about yogurt with some roasted almonds or nuts?

Yes, I had breakfast with protien in it. mornings and nights aren't as bad because i am so busy with getting kids ready in the morning, and having classes at night, that I don't really notice.

By the, I already ate breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and want a bit of his food.
It's daily!!!!!
Yes, I do exercise so I need more food, but man, it makes me feel like a piglet next to him.
This is every single day.
I can't think of a day where he ate more then me - ever!
By the time he eats dinner, I already ate some snacks and I'm eating dinner with him AND I eat something before 10pm hits...........................
I wonder, well, I reckon that is why he's skinny not necessarily healthy but skinny and my butt is big! LOL

I have to say I am constantly thinking about eating too, well kind of. I want pop. That is all my mind thinks about pop, pop, pop. I am working on it, but still haven't gone a day without it. I talked to my hubby and told him that maybe while I am cutting back I should buy some diet. Then I only have soduim to worry about and not a lot of empty calories too.
