Not the greatest start to this week, but I will most definitely kick it into gear tomorrow! I drank too much soda and ate too much junk today to get points for healthy eating or for my personal challenge. Watch out tomorrow though!

whoo hoo.. I am so excited about this challenge! Everyone has such great personal goals/challenges. I know we will all stick to it and cheer each other on for this challenge, (whether we have a couple of "low point" days or not)

So far today I have in 16pts I am hoping to get in some more cardio but I have a big essay with power point presentation and activity planner due tomorrow and I am not even close to done so I don't know if I will have time for more or not.

My one personal challenge for this week is going to be to drink at least 40 oz of water every day (I don't drink ANY water so this really is going to be a challenge for me).

SUNDAY: 10/25/09 Not to bad. Game days are always hard for me.

unless jumping and yelling at the TV while watching the Dallas game counts


Eat Healthy: (yes= 5):5
went to the in laws and they had pizza; but I cut up 1-1/2 slices so I filled up faster. I would think it was a healthy choice. Plus I had water and no chips or dip.


Personal Challenge (yes= +5, no= -5):5
1.WW Smart Ones for lunch; nope 2. Multi-Vitamin daily; yes (and) 3.Try to keep my calories at 1200;really close. 2 out of 3 I would say yes.
