Well I am up 2.5 pounds, which is actually better than I thought it would be. I still can't seem to get back on track. I do have a goal for the weekend.

Gym Saturday and Sunday. Log my calories good or bad. (Which I haven't been doing for over a week now)

apples... i've totally burned out on apples, oranges and grapes...
i'm only left with nectarines, bananas and tomatoes! (<= yah! that's right! i said/typed it! i called it a FRUIT!!!)
hey??? this fruit challenge..... does V8 Fusion or Naked Juice count as fruit?
i mean... there is a fruit serving w/in each....
hmm... what's in season during fall??? i have research to do.....

I know what you mean......this week was soooooo bad for me. I even ate a whole angel food cake this week by myself!!!!! Ugh!!! I am getting back on again...I'm not giving up! It sounds like you're not either....good for you!!!

Dont get down on yourself. We all stumble. We are only human. But it looks like you are going ot be kcikcing some lbs butt this week.

YAY!! I'm glad you are doing a couple of the challenges.
Reload and use those guns I mean ceps.

I will do a veggie challenge in the next forum. HAHA - 2 weeks ahead of you there.

2.5 lbs is not bad at all hon. Especially since you travelled last week. Boy did I learn the hard way about sucky road food and traveling.

I don't like to take my fruit in juice form but I do drink the NAKED juice on high cardio days like today I will have one because I need 360 calories in my
system befor class.
Pears, persimmons, promegranates, apples are all in season I believe. Can't go wrong with bananas.
