Default The Heartbreakin' Rockstars #33 BUDDY UP WEIGHT DOWN
Everyone did great this week! I am proud of everyone, we had great losses so I am even prouder of those who gain or maintain but keep working on. It is easy to continue on when you get positive results but when you maintain or gain it is easy to get discouraged which is why I am so proud that you keep on working.

This week we are going to buddy up! We had seven people not weigh in with three having misses two or three weigh ins so we may have some spots open.
What I am going to do is pair everyone up and for this week you will be your buddies shadow. You will encourage them, be there for them, help them, and support them. I am hoping that with the great support of a buddy people will be more likely to stick with the program and work toward their goals. I find that it is so much easier to stay on track with the support of others so heres hoping!

Again GREAT WORK EVERYONE!
