My goals for this week....hmmm. I think my goal is to just keep on doing what I have been. Keeping up with the water. Three days of water aerobics and weight training. Watching portion size and eating healthy have pretty much become habit with me. As long as I keep my promise to myself about snacking.... you know, I only allow myself to have a piece of lite string cheese if I must snack. That seems to really help me through a lot of tempting situations. I just remember to stick a bottle of water and a stick of cheese in my purse when I go anywhere. The protein seems to satisfy me, without triggering my inner binge monster. It has saved me from many a slip up at the church coffee hour.
