Default Fitness Fanatics #86-Teamwork!

Hi Fitness Fanatics,

Teamwork! This is our ingredient for this week. So, that means it would be great if ALL of our team would:

Weigh in
Post your weekly goals
Try the challenges
Try the point system
Send booster notes to each other
Stop by the forum and encourage each other

We have a great team but we really need to dedicate ourselves to the team and ourselves. Again, what do we have to lose?

hi everyone! well, i haven't made any progress the past few weeks. i decided to change things up and bought the jillian michaels making the cut. going to try that for the next 30 days once i get groceries. my goal is to stick to the plan, and really watch my portions.

Anna-Think back to when you first joined the team...You did great and you can do it again. Change it up if you need it but I know you will succeed!

Here are the challenges for the week. (Courtesy: Kim past forum)
Who is up for the challenge?

Challenges for the week:

Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: Squats (50 Reps)
Lunges (50 on each leg)
Side-lying leg Lifts (50 each side)
Go through this routine 4 times

Tuesday: Chest Press (50 Reps)
Push ups (any way that you want to do them) (50 Reps)
Triceps Overhead Press (50 Reps)
Bicep Curls (50 Reps)
Single Arm Row (50 rep- each arm)
Lateral Raise (50 reps)
Go through this routine 3 times

Wednesday: Chest Flies (50 Reps)
Triceps Dips (50 Reps)
Overhead Press (50 Reps)
Jumping Jacks (50)
Go through this routine 4 times

Thursday: Crunches (50)
Oblique Crunches (50 Reps- each side)
Bicycle Crunches (50)
Reverse Crunches (50)
Go Through this routine 4 times

Friday: Combine all days for a last chance workout.

Drink more water
Be a good buddy and coleader
Exercise 60 minutes daily
Lose 2 pounds
