Default MJ's Boot Camp Challenge: Week #4

Welcome to week #4 of our Boot Camp Challenge! Week #4 will run from Sunday, October 4th, through Saturday, October 10th.

Our Special Challenge for this week, worth 5 points, will be keeping a detailed food diary each day: everything we eat, everything we drink. It's easy to miss calories in things like soda or juices, or snacks that we eat mindlessly and don't consider in our daily intake.

It doesn't have to be fancy. I use a sheet of paper! I just write down my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks, including a calorie count of each to really help me see what I'm taking in each day.

You don't have to post your food diary here if you don't want to. Mine is on paper, so I won't be. Just give yourself 5 points for each day that you keep the full diary; 0 points for not keeping the food diary all day.

We are halfway through this challenge already! I'm excited we've hung in together through the first 3 weeks. Thanks for being a part of this challenge and making it fun!
