Hi Melissa..first of all...are you eating enough throughout the day to stop you from actually being hungry at night? I used to be the worst for late night snacking, but once I started having my 3 meals a day with snacks in between..it helped...if you must snack at night..grab apples, celery, mini rice cakes...something that isn't going to ruin your calories! And make sure you're drinking enough water..it helps keep you feeling full too! =) Good Luck!
