GOOD MORNING ALL,

WOW CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT THURSDAY WILL BE THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH ALREADY THIS YEAR IS JUST FLYING BY BEFORE OUR EYES

MY GOAL WEIGHT TO LOSE THIS WEEK IS 2LBS. I THOUGHT THAT IF I STARTED SETTING A GOAL WEIGHT EVERYWEEK IT MIGHT PUSH ME MORE.

HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A WONDERFUL BEGINING OF THE WEEK

Hi everyone,

Annie, my goal is usually 2lbs, and this week that's what I lost, hurrah!

Better than last week. But today is my day off, and I've eaten a red berry muffin, some chocolate cheesecake and a couple of handfuls of M&Ms.
Oh well. I will be extra good all week now, it's easier to be good on a work day

They have mp3 downloads. I don't have an Ipod either, just a cheap mp3

I know it is crazy that it is already near the middle of Oct
2 lbs is so doable for you right now. You have done better than that the last two weeks. YOU are doing GREAT

Stacey – I hope you’re feeling better.

Annie – Great goal. I would love to lose 2 lbs but I think realistically, 1 lb is a good goal for me this week.

Suzie – You’re doing great with your 2 lbs losses. Are you able to stay within range 6 days a week? I saw you had a day “off” so do you let yourself have what you want one day a week and stay within range the other days? I ask because I’ve had a really hard time sticking to my range which is similar to yours. I don’t give myself a day off so I fall of the wagon a lot. Specially with my EE. If the day off is working for you, it’s something I think I should try.

So last week was very difficult as far as staying within range which is my main focus. I also ended up breaking my great workout streak. Ah, this journey can be so difficult specially when life happens huh?!?!

Nikki, when I was on target most the time, it has been too long. I gave myself one meal a week. Usually a dinner with my boys. I would think about the thing I was wanting or missing the most and have that for dinner. I know once I had started that (a couple of month into my journey) I felt so much better. Because I knew every Sunday evening I could eat what I wanted. Now, that did not mean I could over eat it, I still watched portions. Just knowing through the week that I could have it on Sunday made me feel better. I usually included a dessert in that also. If I did happen to over do on that meal I did not feel guilty (for the most part), it was my time.
