I did really goo! I only ate one and a half (small) peices of candy yesterday!

Morning everyone,

well, I'm in a brilliant mood this morning, I just weighed in at 177lbs, that's my first mini goal of losing 28lbs! Hurrah!

I don't know what everyone else has lost but I've made it to 10lbs as of today

Andrea, have you made your mini goal yet? I saw you were only a pound away from it a couple of days ago...

Donna, sounds like the treadmill is making weight loss a WALK in the park (sorry)

When I weighed in tonight I was 153.8 so I have officially hit my mini goal.
Fifteen more lbs. to go, ladies....
