Sorry I didn't log in yesterday... The other day I only got 3 hours of sleep, and I cleaned like a mad woman. So yesterday I slept in till 11:00, and then woke up with a headache. But I ate healthy, and had a nice exercise before watching The Biggest Loser.
So what did you guys think of The Biggest Loser show last night?
I can't believe Tracy! LMAO! and Go Jillian for saying EXACTLY what I was thinking before they all weighed in!!!
I'm glad the two guys weren't upset about going home, and they both looked AWESOME! I'm SO happy for them!

I was pretty shocked by Jillians outburst...and I feel sorry for Tracy now...she is gonna have a rough time there now I bet!! How could she feel good about herself?? I dont know.

How is everyone?
No bathroom still for us. And I'm drinking my water and eating food prepping for my 2 hrs of kickboxing and pilates. Not a good combination.

Goodness on the bathroom situation!! Feel for ya Nancy!

I didn't walk yesterday. I was really lazy all day. Today I washed my car. I have not washed it in months so it was a good thing I got it done!! Had brocolli beef with Adam for lunch at the Chinese place. Spent the afternoon with Mel's bf washing the cars. We had fun...bonding time.
I actually answered the phone this morning and spoke to as many creditors as I could, explaining to them what's going on. They were actually all very nice and sympathetic, but there's nothing they can do without me paying them money, but some of them actually told me they would stall on legal actions. They all wished me well with my MS.
I finally called up our insurance company and inquired about the MS treatment and how much it would be, would I be dropped from the insurance, etc. Our insurance must be great because this stuff is $5,000 a month or so, and my copay will be $30!!!!!! I have been hearing horror stories of people having to sell their houses, kids, cars, etc to buy this stuff. So, that was great news! Now, God willing, Terry can keep his job, and I can apply for ssi or ssd, whatever it is.
My appointment with the MS specialist is October 29, and my husband took that day off so he can go with me. I have already figured out how I am going to take the injections. I am going to start off on 1/4 the dose to help with side effects, then gradually increase it by .25 until it's the full amount. I have heard that this helps with side effects when you are getting used to the meds. Also, I heard a tidbit that you can use lidocaine to numb the area before the shot. Still tho, not looking forward to shots, but getting adjusted to accepting that I will have to do them weekly. Basically I have been preparing myself mentally and spiritually for the eventual day when I start injecting. I feel pretty calm about it right now, and proud of myself for being such a good patient.
And, this morning I weighed the least I have seen since 1996!!!! I finally reached 205!!!! Getting much closer to onederland. I just hope the meds don't interfere with my weightloss goals, but for today, things are good!! (:
