Sign me up! I do still have some lbs I want to lose, but more than anything right now I just need to work on consistency. Lately I've been trying to get by with the bare minimum, both with my eating and with my exercise. "Well, just for today cupcakes and ice cream will be ok for lunch!" Plan to run 4 miles, but instead just do a 20 minute very slow jog, etc.... Need to get my butt in gear, and I like the sound of Boot Camp.

I need a frikkin drill sergeant right about now!

The special challenges like a fun surprise too, and the whole thing about the bottom person getting kicked out is sure to light a fire!

I used to think it was sort of mean and counter productive to kick people out of the game, but having been through several challenges, I now think that players (myself first and worst) tend to get complacent when there's not much incentive "to win".
Anyway, sounds like a great challenge MJ, can't wait to get started!
