Hi Shannon! I know what you mean, because I find similar tendencies creeping into my daily routine from time to time... (Oh... I've lost so much weight, it'll be ok if I have this or that just today... Then it happens again the next day... And it's not necessarily that you gain a lot of weight back, it just keeps you from reaching your ultimate goal.)
As far as snacking before bed time, the main thing that helps me is to be sure to eat enough throughout the day, then starting around 6 or 7 pm (well, dinner time) drink plenty of water. Obviously, you'll want to do that throughout the day as well, but especially be sure to do it in the evening. Yep, you'll go to the bathroom a couple of times, maybe get up during the night to pee. But really, what's worse, peeing at night or snacking before bed?

lol Leida might have some better ideas than me... She seems to have her eating WAY more under control than I have mine!
