It has been one year since I started walking tho, so I am proud of myself for that! I started out walking July 1, 2008, weighing 256. So, that's still good news! I may not be where I wish I was, but I have made a lot of good changes and a lot of progress.

I understand not being on track tho
I wanted to be down to AT LEAST 179 by the 4th I am @ 200 but I will take what I have and re-focus too.
