I understand not being on track tho
I wanted to be down to AT LEAST 179 by the 4th I am @ 200 but I will take what I have and re-focus too.

I'm with ya girls...I wanted to be down to about 200 now too and I'm at 221, but it's better than 240...let's keep going!!

I am not sure what I weighed the beginning of the month. I am proud of you ladies for all you've accomplished!!! great job!!!! I love it when Annie posts the month weight loss totals and we can see how much weight we've lost. Sometimes I think I didn't lose any but I did.

I went walking tonight. Sometimes I have to fight myself but I won tonight and did my walking!

Yes, we are losing, albeit it may be slow for us, but we are losing. And at our age (haha) it's a little harder than the younger people.

I didn't think I lost any for June but it turned out to be 2 lbs so I know what you mean

Seems like a lot of us need to re-focus .... but after all you are closer to 179 then you were before BRAVO
