Good morning
I lost .6 lb this week, Not great but I certainly will take it over a gain.

My monthly total is not great either. 2.6 lbs for the month of July down to 197.4, boy I do like seeing that one in front

Sorry to have been MIA. I took time off to study for finals. Classes are over for now. Sadly so is my working out. I'm on crutches. Hope your birthday was good Sabrina. Mine was fab.
