I just realized that I forgot to weigh in at the end of the month, can't believe the month is over already! I am 13lbs lighter at 350 (that was my weight in the 30th of June).

I forgot too!!! I lost 10 pounds in the month. 222 (221 now, though!)

For the month of June I lost 2 lbs

I guess that is better than nothing but not much

I hope this month will be a good one... I didn't get anywhere the last months and really need to kick it up. I am so tired of going in circles...

I am glad the holiday weekend is over! I ate way too much. I am trying to get focused and do what I have to do for my health and to get back on track. I started out this year at 232 and am around 216 again now. I had hoped by now to be at 200. I am not on schedule and it's because I don't stay consistent. I think I can get back on track and end up at onederland soon. It would be a shame to not make it before this year is over!

It has been one year since I started walking tho, so I am proud of myself for that! I started out walking July 1, 2008, weighing 256. So, that's still good news! I may not be where I wish I was, but I have made a lot of good changes and a lot of progress.
