HOLY COW!!! I over did it with the sausage link and fat count! WOW - it's been so long since I Had some. Truth be told, I ate it at 5pm and it kept me full till I finished my swim at 9:45.
Well, I think I ate about 2000 calories but swam laps (breaststrokes) for a full hour.
I don't know how to calculate the calories but I know hi in sodium Cambodian dish my mom made. It's a stew with beef and mints mainly. I don't think I ate that much but it's the sodium level that worries me. OH WELL!
