5 months - Just 5 months till the New Year! Ready to let go of night time eating? Let's do it!

THIS FORUM IS OPEN TO ALL BUDDIES WHO BATTLES NIGHT TIME EATING IN ALL FORMATS: BINGES, OVEREATERS, LATE NIGHT EATERS.......

It's time for me to refocus and get a handle on night time eating.

31 days!! I need to do it this month!!!

GOAL: 31 DAYS OF NO EATING AFTER LAST MEAL. LAST MEAL CAN BE UP TO AN HOUR TO BEDTIME. I'm going to post my food, as much as I can here and in the Wildcat forum.

HOLY COW!!! I over did it with the sausage link and fat count! WOW - it's been so long since I Had some. Truth be told, I ate it at 5pm and it kept me full till I finished my swim at 9:45.

Well, I think I ate about 2000 calories but swam laps (breaststrokes) for a full hour.

I don't know how to calculate the calories but I know hi in sodium Cambodian dish my mom made. It's a stew with beef and mints mainly. I don't think I ate that much but it's the sodium level that worries me. OH WELL!

CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN MORE NUTRIENTS
Breakfast:

Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 0.75 cup (not packed) 122
Back to Nature Classic Granola, 0.1 cup 40
Cucumber (with peel), 3 cup slices 41
Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) 30
Breakfast TOTALS: 232

Lunch:
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) 26
Honey Mustard, 1 tsp 10
Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 4 oz 226
White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup 242
Lunch TOTALS: 503
Dinner:
White Rice, medium grain, 0.25 cup 60
Thai, Red Curry, chicken, 4 oz chicken breast, 0.2 serving 108
Dinner TOTALS: 168

Snack:
Tortilla Chips, 1 oz 142
Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) 81
White Rice, medium grain, 0.25 cup 60
Farmer John's Sausage Links 2 links, 2.5 serving 350 3
Snack TOTALS: 634

Yeah.....sausage is good but it is so bad for you unless it's made with turkey. I love it too.....why is that everything we love so much so bad for us!!!!???? Although I do LOVE asparagus!!!!! even w/out butter! I think I'm going to go for the same challenge as you...the 31 days of no....absolutely no night time eating..let's go chicky..let do this thing!!!!

I made it last night! WHOO HOOO!! Got up to eat at 5:30am and it kept me full all morning.

You know what I did the other morning? I was hungry; well I wanted to run so I got early to eat. But I ended up not running. Funny thing is the food eaten at 4:30 kept me full throughout the morning. I didn't eat till about 10am. It worked out really good!

My food so far:

Preworkout predawn food:
-2 sunny side up eggs and 1 egg white, 1/3 cup rice
-1 tsp of peanut butter
-1/2 a small apple

Pre-exercise
1 Apex Energy bar 220 cals

Lunch:
1/3 cup white rice w/ home made sour beef soup calories????
2 cups cherries
1 med carrot

Preworkout food:
I'm eating a ton of eggs today! LOL 2 egg whits hard boiled and 1 hb egg w/ 1/3 cup rice and sweet Asian dressing
