I can't report and accurate fat, sodium, protein and carb count because I ate two homemade dishes that was salty. Darn family likes salty food.

CALORIES
Breakfast:
Egg white, 2 serving 34
Egg Yolk, 0.2 large 11
Sweet Cherries, 3 cup, with pits, yields 221
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed) 160
Breakfast TOTALS: 426

Lunch:
Homemade Chicken and green bean stir fry, 0.75 serving 338
White Rice, medium grain, 0.75 cup 181
Lunch TOTALS: 519

Dinner:
White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup 242

Lemon grass chicken, 1 serving 250

Dinner TOTALS: 492


Snack:
Apex Energy Bar, 0.5 serving 100
Mangos, 0.5 fruit without refuse 67
Snack TOTALS: 167

CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN
Totals: 1,604 195 5 58
Your Daily Goal: 1,620 - 1,970 210 - 304 42 - 73 60 - 164

Still eating at nite ......but going for the fruits more and trying to ween myself off of the sweets!!! It's so easy to go back to the old way of eating badly...and so HARD to go back at the healthy way of eating!!!! It's like a deck of cards.....(yes, I'm going somewhere with this...relax...lol!) you throw it up and it's so easy to make that big card mess all over the floor....but to pick it up can feel like a lifetime.......I said I would start tracking and I haven't yet...been so tired...between remodeling our house (big projects)...I think that's why I'm reaching for the sweets....energy....need to find alternatives.
