My goals for the week!

Water water water
Vitamins and supplements
Exercise at least 5 days a week but shoot for 6
Journal my food daily
Come on BS to offer motivation, support and inspiration and receive it back
Find ME time!


Strength Training
Monday Wednesday and Friday


Crunches
2 sets of 12-15 Reps


Reverse Crunch
2 sets of 12-15 Reps


Side Plank
2 Reps

Forward Lunges
2 sets of 12-15 Reps

Lying Abduction
2 sets of 12-15 Reps


Stretching



Cardio
Tuesday Thursday and Sunday
Cardio minutes to do ~ minutes done

Aerobics: General: Low Impact 20
Aerobics: Water 30
Gardening 30
Dancing: Fast, ballet, twist 20
The water aerobics only when I can get in my brothers pool, but I can always do extra something else right?

Saturday will be my day of rest!!





Yesterday I did journal my food, but didn't get in the excercise! I will get back on track with that today!
Tomorrow is my dentist appt. so I am not making any promises on anything!

Yesterday I did get in my water!

Here is my food journal! I was good on calories and protein , but over on fat and under on carbs and fiber ! I will try to do better today!

MY WORKOUT PLAN FOR THIS WEEK:

MONDAY: 60 minutes interval (PM) DONE + Jillian circuit (PM) run out of time

TUESDAY: 20 min walk (AM) DONE + C25K (AM) DONE + 5 miles WATP (PM) + HBR circuit (PM)

WEDNESDAY: 45 min walk/run (AM) + REST (PM)

THURSDAY: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) + 60 minutes intervals (PM) + HBR circuit (PM)

FRIDAY: 45 min walk/run (AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM) + Jillian interval (PM)

SATURDAY: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) + 3 miles WATP (LUNCH) + Jillian DVD (LUNCH)

SUNDAY: 45 min walk/run (AM) + HBR circuit + take off the rest of day and just enjoy Sunday

Had to add the circuits from the HBR challenge, so I will do them Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
