That's a good idea! I have been doing this mentally but I was thinking I used to journal my goals and other things and it used to get me pumped up. I didn't want to go walking so badly tonight that I nearly didn't and had this plan of how I was going to tell the Wildcats that I did. I can't lie tho even online so I had to go walking as I had made that commitment. Besides, it's me who will ultimately pay the price.

I guess everyone kind of goes thru this too where they have to push extra hard. I don't know why this is happening. Maybe it's to remind myself that I am worth it and that struggles may come and go but I need to keep the perseverance.

I am not feeling like I have tried and not succeeded, just like I don't want to move! I don't know if it's depression or what. I just know from experience the best thing is to keep on keeping on as this shall pass, rather than to stop doing anything and have it pass and I weigh 20 more pounds than I didn when it started. It's pretty scary tho because I have all the power to choose if I want to fail or struggle thru this and half of me doesn't want to fight.

Writing it down where you can see it, really reinforces it.
I am so proud of you, I know you feel good! I can't lie online either, hehe

I slept on my left arm wrong the last few nights. This morning I got up and didn’t think much of it. Even got 100 push-ups in. But by the time I hit the gym for weights -my left arm was burning. I ended up talking to some people and didn’t do weights at all. Then when it was time for Kickboxing I wanted to leave. But the stronger Nancy said no, just modify your punches and focus on core and lower body. I did that and finished. I couldn’t think of yoga - no way can I do it.

Tomorrow, scrapping all my plans. It's run baby run.

GREAT JOB STACEY!
Way to get back to it

I know its hard when you just don't feel motivated to do it
but remember once you get out and walk how great you ALWAYS feel afterwards.
The times when we have to force ourselves to get out the door are the times that are the most rewarding.
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!
AND YOU ARE SOOOOOO WORTH IT!!!!
