Sheryl's and Tobey's Labor Day Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge ARE YOU READY!?!?

Welcome to our challenge! This challenge is for those who want to get into shape and lose weight by Labor Day. This is a serious challenge so if you join stick with it!
This is a 9wk challenge the start date being the 4th of July but if you are late don't worry about it and get to work. We are here to support, motivate and kick each other into gear.
We will have set challenges and would like you to participate if you are willing and able. This challenge is for everyone of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Some of you may need to kick it up a notch to made it more challenging and others may need to take it a bit slower, don't strain yourself adjust it to where it will work for you.
People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily.

I believe that motivation is a huge key so I will post weekly motivational goals with I would like to you participate in.
Like I said in the beginning we are a serious group so please don't disrespect us by joining and never taking place or writing in. We aren't all business so just write in and tell us what's on your mind. Interact with others on the board, make friends and buddies. As others motivate you do the same for them and others. We are all in this together, we can all do this together, we will do this all together!
You are also welcome to post tips, recipes, ideas, etc. but please DO NOT post ANY KIND of gimmics or advertise any type of "miracle" diets, pills, etc. We are here to loose weight and get into shape in a healthy and correct manner, we are NOT interested in anything you have to sell so please don't post here and mess up our good karma.
We have a few days until the 4th so lets get everyone in here and ready for that starter pistol start!
Sound off! Every day (if possible) sound off and let us know how you are feeling. Do you just feel like staying in bed all day or do you feel like a million dollars? Is it going to be one of those days where you want to eat everything in the house? Are you happy, sad, mad, etc. Let us know what's going on so we can motivate and help you in the best possible way and make sure you stay on track.
