Good lord. I swam in the outside pool today - Olympic sized. I did 9.5 of those laps in my 25 minutes. I think I need to use that pool for my goals - I definitely got more of a work out because the laps are longer - not as much resting time. I'm going to do it again tomorrow and use that as my baseline and then reset my goals accordingly. The only downside to the outside pool is that it's just below the window that all the treadmillers face. Oh well, anyone wants to watch a chubby girl swim - welcome to it! Maybe they'll start seeing less of me over time
Ok, need to update my food log for the day - we're going for sushi for lunch - talk about the perfect lunch (in my opinion).
