I'm in! I am going to do a combo of walk/treadmill/stepper/soccer/aerobics as my aerobic activity. I have an equivalency chart that shows me how each one scores as miles.
My goals are:
to lose 15 lbs minimum (at 178 currently)
to reach 300 miles by Labor Day
do at least one aerobic video workout and play soccer with kids at least once a week
to work out my arms and abs every day
to increase my push up sets to 50 and crunches sets to 50 each, to at least 2 sets a day (currently at one set of 25 each)
stick to calorie recommendations (1500-1800)
drink more water (currently drinking 2 sodas a daybefore switching to water- want to be at zero by LD)
snack on fruits and veggies only
start measuring myself once a week
We start back to our fall school schedule on August 31st (the day before LD) so I picked a school theme for my ticker. (I teach 4K preschool.)
