The love hand area? Just one thought I can't really think of any other muscle that we have missed in the last couple of weeks.

GIRL!!! lol If I knew how to get rid of love handles.... I'd be the happiest woman on earth!

But I have a good core workout we can do together. Cardio and core for next week... does that sound good?

I finished my curcuit. I did the four sets of the siccor kicks because once again my kids worked out with me and my son kept saying again, again. So I figure extra sets aren't going to kill me.

Got my curcuit in today before we went off to do our fireworks stuff. Tomorrow is my day off from exersicing. But I really enjoyed this one. I wouldn't mind do it again later on down the road. Or even put some of it into what I do.

Sorry girls I havn't done the circuit this week but that doesn't mean I havn't been exercising. I have been doing cardio everyday and pilates 3 times a week. I felt like that was enough for this week but maybe next week I will follow along better.

Well, even though todayis usually my rest day I went ahead and did I curcuit. So I am 7/7 this week.

Hey Nicole! Sorry bout that!! Just got in from working a 12 hr shift today. I'm super exhausted, but I'm chugging some coffee right now and I'll have the new challenge forum up in a bit....
